Health & Wellness Disclaimer
The Solstice Method provides wellness and movement-based programs intended for educational and recreational purposes.
Our instructors do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.
Participation in our programs should not replace professional medical care. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or wellness program if you have medical concerns.
Inclusive Class Environment
The Solstice Method strives to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all participants.
Because many classes are conducted in group settings, instructors may not be able to provide continuous one-to-one support for participants. Families, caregivers, or participants who require additional supervision or accommodations are encouraged to communicate with us so we can determine the most supportive class environment.
Participants are expected to follow safety guidance provided by instructors and staff.
Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe and welcoming environment, all participants agree to:
• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect
• Follow class guidelines and safety instructions
• Arrive prepared and ready to participate
• Avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior
Failure to follow these expectations may result in removal from a class or program without refund.

The Solstice Method respects the privacy of participants. Personal information collected during registration or communication will be used solely for program administration, communication, and improving our services.
We do not sell personal information to third parties. Additional details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
