We offer individual class options as well as monthly subscriptions.
Our group classes are intentionally kept small to create a calm, supportive environment where each participant can feel comfortable and receive thoughtful guidance.

We are always open to suggestions from our community. If there is a specific type of class, format, or focus you would like to see offered, please let us know—we love creating programs that reflect the needs of the people we serve.
If you are interested in drop off programming: For the safety and comfort of all participants, some individuals may benefit from additional support in a class setting. If a participant requires significant one-to-one supervision or experiences behaviors such as self-injury, aggression, or elopement, we encourage families and caregivers to reach out so we can work together to determine the best way to support them. In some cases, a smaller or specialized class option may be recommended when available. All participants are welcome to come to yoga classes with their own support staff if they need individualized support.
Participation in yoga and wellness activities involves physical movement. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and within their own comfort level, and to consult with a healthcare professional when appropriate.
